This role combines CRM management, research, and sales enablement, working closely with a Principal in Dallas and colleagues in the UK. It’s ideal for someone detail oriented, tech-savvy and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
The client is a strategy led AI and analytics firm helping private equity backed and mid market companies accelerate growth through data driven insights to deliver real time intelligence that drives high impact decision making.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM: clean data, maintain pipeline accuracy, and assign tasks
- Support sales and account teams with follow-ups, insights and documentation
- Conduct research into markets, industries and target companies
- Create actionable reports, briefs and presentations for internal and external use
- Identify trends and opportunities that support revenue growth
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
Who You Are:- Experienced in CRM management, especially HubSpot (Salesforce or Zoho also considered)
- 3–5 years in sales operations, marketing ops or research/strategy support
- Comfortable with tools like PitchBook, Apollo or D&B
- Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised
- Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace and presentation tools
- Strong communicator with excellent written English
