Job description

The Inbound Operations Advisor will provide operational and administrative sales support to all members of the Inbound Sales team, including management. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who can follow instructions accurately and on time, while also taking responsibility for driving support efficiency and suggesting new ideas for process improvement. This broad role requires a high degree of initiative and may include responsibilities such as:

  1. General operational support and administration
  2. Sales reporting
  3. Handling escalations and complaints
  4. Managing inbound and outbound calls
Salary and Location

Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administration and operational sales support to the Inbound Sales Team
  • Collaborating with the sales department manager to drive process improvements
  • Ensuring customer escalations, disputes, and failed orders are addressed promptly, including customer communication
  • Creating sales and operational reports as requested
  • Working with the fulfillment team to follow up on accounts in provisioning or rejected status
  • Supporting sales agents and management with operational inquiries
  • Following all compliance processes and conducting sales audits
  • Leading sales investigations as needed
