This role is for someone who thrives in developing strategic contacts and relationships in complex environments, utilizing data trends to identify improvements and drive change across the business.

About the role:

You will be responsible for operational effectiveness within the Broker Development community, aiming to deliver excellent customer service and support strategic plans. You will collaborate with Heads of Broker Development and the Sales & Distribution leadership team, aligning with COO teams to ensure process consistency, performance, and delivery. Additionally, you will lead people planning, operational performance, continuous improvement, change management, and process implementation.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience analyzing data trends to identify opportunities for change and improvement
• Proficiency in establishing consistent processes and best practices across Distribution
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Persistence in implementing and embedding change
• Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels
