Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Opener to join our national home buying company based in Liverpool Street, EC3N.

Property sales experience is essential, along with charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality to succeed in this role.

As a Sales Opener, you will confidently handle clients across various properties, answering warm inbound calls from potential clients looking to sell their homes or investment properties. You should be able to build long-term relationships, listen to clients' needs, assess their motivation, and work towards targets as a strong team player.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Answering inbound calls
  2. Creating online property valuations
  3. Identifying client needs and motivations
  4. Collaborating with senior sales staff
  5. Handling over 100 calls daily
  6. Maintaining regular contact with clients
  7. Discussing financial and legal matters related to sales
  8. Guiding clients through the sales process
  9. Contributing to the branch’s daily operations
  10. Using agency software systems effectively

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A target-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Excellent communication skills and concise articulation
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • A willingness to progress and challenge oneself
  • Experience is advantageous but not essential

This position offers long-term career prospects and is located in the vibrant heart of Central London, making it an excellent place to work.

The working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • One Saturday per month, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, working remotely

Salary ranges from £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, with an OTE of £50,000 to £55,000.
