Sales Office Team Leader - Oldbury | Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Bonus: Quarterly company-wide bonus (at client's discretion)

The internal sales team is skilled, motivated, and close-knit, and they are looking for a Sales Office Team Leader to support the Sales Director and elevate the team's performance.
As a Sales Office Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal sales office, including Order Entry, Quotation, and Sales Support teams. You'll motivate, coach, and develop the team while driving sales growth, hitting targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
You will manage performance, deliver training, maintain sales data, and support the Sales Director in identifying new opportunities in existing and new markets.
