Are you a driven and dynamic Sales Office Leader with a background in textiles or printed fabrics?

We are working exclusively with a truly impressive textile manufacturer and supplier who are looking for someone to take the lead in the sales office in this newly created role.

About You

You will have proven experience managing a team within a sales environment.

It is essential that you have a strong background in textiles, whether in manufacturing or supply; we need someone with instant knowledge.

Naturally, you will be a great leader with the ability to build confidence and improve team performance.

You will be happy working onsite, 5 days per week.

About The Job

You will join as Sales Office Manager and will manage a close-knit team of internal sales coordinators responsible for order processing and account management.

You will review current and lapsed customer data and work with the team to increase sales and order performance.

By keeping an eye on the market and competitor activities, you will work to boost performance and understand customer needs proactively.

You will set regular KPIs and targets for your team, ensuring adherence and achievement; managing performance accordingly.

This is a collaborative role where you will interact with various internal departments as well as UK & overseas suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
