Sales Office Manager — Construction Manufacturer — Chessington / Epsom area

Salary: 48,000 - 52,000 / Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Working within a team of 6 in the sales office, you will be responsible for the sales team as well as key account management.
• Collaborate with the Branch Director and be part of the senior management, helping drive forward the sales and profitability of the business.
• Motivate the internal sales team with a true sales drive.

Requirements / Preferences

A background within the construction supplies manufacturer environment (or similar) is advantageous but not essential. A good general knowledge of building supplies is required. We are looking for someone with a driven and proactive personality and strong management skills.
