We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Sales, Office and Systems Coordinator to join a fast-growing, internationally recognised manufacturing brand based in Cornwall. This is a dynamic role supporting sales, office operations, and systems integration - ideal for someone with a passion for process improvement, customer service, and cross-team collaboration.

We are looking for an all-rounder to encompass this role with ambition and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead adoption of ERP and Microsoft Teams across the sales function

  • Provide first-class customer service and order processing

  • Support wholesale and export channels

  • Coordinate trade shows, events, and internal training

  • Champion process efficiency and team communication

  • General office administration and cross-departmental support
