Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive base + generous commission + bonuses
Experience Level: Some sales experience preferred, property experience a bonus

Salary Range:

  • Top Performers: Can exceed £60,000 with commission and bonuses

About the Role:

Looking to build a successful career in property sales? We’re an established, independent estate agency with a big market share across South London — and we’re looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our close-knit, high-performing team.

You’ll be helping clients sell homes across areas like Brixton, Clapham, Herne Hill and Balham, giving honest advice, booking viewings, negotiating offers, and helping people move forward with confidence. The best part? Our dedicated sales progressors handle post-offer admin, so you can focus on doing deals and growing your pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Booking and attending viewings with buyers
  • Building great relationships with sellers and buyers alike
  • Giving honest, market-informed advice to clients
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Staying up to date with market trends in your patch
  • Meeting individual and team targets
  • Creating new business opportunities through great service and local knowledge
