Role Purpose

As a Sales Negotiator on the CBRE Residential Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our high-end residential clients. Your expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and customer service will enable you to drive sales performance and contribute to the success of the team in Southwest London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate sales agreements with customers to meet business objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyse customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies align with business goals.
