Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Location: Sidcup

Brand: Langford Russell

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm (day in lieu). Our agency team currently works Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car required.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

If you have a solid estate agency background, are motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a leading property company and advance your career. The Sales Negotiator role is both exciting and rewarding.

Duties include:

  1. Qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
  2. Conducting viewings with prospective buyers.
  3. Negotiating offers, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and managing sales through to completion and handover.
  4. Delivering high levels of customer service and generating business referrals to other divisions.

The ideal candidate is willing to learn market appraisals and aims to progress to Senior Negotiator.

Skills required:

  • 6 months to 1 year of residential sales experience with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Excellent sales ability and customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Negotiation skills, tenacity, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and adapt to change.
