Job Description

My client based in Leeds is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a market-leading Estate Agent.

Responsibilities
  1. Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments.
  2. Arrange appointments promptly between Financial Consultants and qualified potential customers.
  3. Generate and update Conveyancing leads.
  4. Maintain regular contact with vendors and potential purchasers.
  5. Conduct competitor checks, prospecting, and canvassing.
  6. Provide feedback from viewings to vendors.
  7. Check the status of 'For Sale' boards and maintain window displays.
  8. Arrange and follow up on viewings for potential buyers and accompany them when required.
  9. Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using established procedures.
  10. Stay updated on all marketed properties to maximize sales opportunities.
  11. Work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  12. Provide property details to potential buyers, matching properties to their needs.
  13. Prepare valuation sheets and sales particulars, making amendments as necessary.
  14. Undertake viewings when requested.
  15. Perform any other duties as required.
