The role of a sales negotiator involves helping buyers find suitable properties, supporting vendors throughout the sales process—from marketing to negotiation, progressing sales, and finalizing transactions. You will provide excellent customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other parties.

You will report to the Branch Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily interactions with buyers
  • Communicate regularly with vendors about the property market
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties

As a sales negotiator at KFH, you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure of up to 30%, plus cross-referral incentives.
