£25k - 60k per year + Basic + OTE

Sales Negotiator in Royston

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator in Royston to join a highly successful and expanding estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated property professional to grow their career within a thriving and supportive team.

Location: Royston
Salary: Basic from £25,000 per annum + OTE up to £60,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
(Weekend cover: Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with time off in lieu during the week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Generating and converting sales leads
• Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
• Progressing sales from offer to completion
• Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
• Handling property enquiries and carrying out general admin duties
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency
• Strong track record of securing instructions and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, personable and naturally driven to meet targets
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
