As a sales negotiator, you will help buyers find suitable properties, support vendors throughout the sales process—from marketing to negotiation, progressing sales, and finalizing moves. You will provide exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing buyers daily
  • Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and third parties
