As a sales negotiator, you will help buyers find suitable properties, support vendors through the sales process—from marketing to negotiation, progressing sales, and moving day. You will provide exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other parties.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily interactions with buyers
  • Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and third parties
