As a Sales Negotiator based in West Bromwich you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a ledger of customers, managing their queries and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
  • Writing quotes for customers, managing orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Serving customers behind the trading counter in branch
  • Calling dormant accounts to win business

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Civils experience or merchant experience would be desirable
  • Sales experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a ledger of customers
