About the Role
  1. Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
  2. Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  3. Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  4. Provide regular feedback and updates to vendors and buyers.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Candidate Qualities
