Job summary

Connells Group in Morpeth is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Rook Matthews Sayer residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings and negotiate offers to drive completed sales.

With a £25k basic salary and uncapped commission, the role offers training, progression, and exposure to multiple business areas within Connells Group. Candidates should be proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused, with driving licence and IT

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
