Sales Negotiator Estate Agent

Location: Mold, Flintshire

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000 £26,000 + commission

What Youll Be Doing

  • Registering new applicants and building strong rapport with potential buyers.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, followed by timely vendor feedback.
  • Negotiating sales offers between vendors and buyers.
  • Booking valuation appointments
  • Referring clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Liaising regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities using CRM systems.
  • Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a property sales role (Estate Agency essential).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is a big advantage.
