Job summary

KFH is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join its residential Sales team in London. You will guide buyers and vendors through the sales process, ensuring a seamless, professional experience from enquiry to completion.

You’ll conduct viewings, manage offers, and actively develop new business while collaborating across departments to deliver a joined-up service.

Qualifications

• A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles.
• Excellent communication skills – you’re confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll support you with learning your patch!
