Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
- Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants.
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
- Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
- Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information.
- Building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills required:
- At least six months to one year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Be responsive to change.
