Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Location: Felixstowe

Brand: Leaders

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm

A full UK driving license is required.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
  • Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information.
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close.

Skills required:

  • At least six months to one year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
