Location: Coventry

Salary: £18k + Uncapped Commissions

Working Hours: Full-Time/Contractor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buying applicants, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Provide market insights and professional advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
