Job description

Salary: £28k per annum (base salary) + bonus and strong growth

Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00) + c. 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 - 13:00)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with our well-established Estate Agency client, who have outstanding staff longevity and a track record for genuine progression, to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Bicester branch.

As Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling new property enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating sales in Bicester and the surrounding areas to deliver a truly unique and personalised service from start to finish.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be a real team player but also driven to achieve sales whilst providing a truly special level of customer service to every buyer and seller alike.

Whilst you will be based from the Bicester branch, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from their large, experienced team working across the wider Oxfordshire area and will be supported by their centralised office too.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are genuinely keen to build a long-term career within a successful team, but also super ambitious to do more than an 'estate agency' job.

Requirements
