Job description

Role Overview:
Our client, an International Removals Company, is seeking an experienced Sales & Move Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team based in East Sussex. This role is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth within a progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility is to manage customer enquiries, coordinate moves, and act as the central link between clients, sales, operations, and third-party partners.
  • You will oversee the entire move process, coordinating with crews, hauliers, and external partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling quotes, price negotiations, bookings, and move planning.
  • Work closely with operational teams to resolve challenges proactively.
  • Provide customers with regular updates and promptly address concerns, handling customer complaints and guiding them through the claims process.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Schedule surveys and manage the surveyor’s diary.
  • Address customer concerns, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Negotiate rates with shipping companies and third-party suppliers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with BAR and FIDI/FAIM quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in Moveware.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including project work and cover for colleagues.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM or move management systems (e.g., Moveware preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach.
