We are seeking the very best Sales Membership Consultant to join our Club teams. The role involves providing an elite service to our members and visiting prospects.

The Role

1. Member Experience: Act as the point of contact for members, enhancing their experience at every touchpoint. Address inquiries and maintain high standards of administration and support.
2. Club Presence: Create a warm, inviting atmosphere, act as Front of House, and facilitate new Member visits.
3. Sales Targets: Take ownership of membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth.
4. Activity Goals: Ensure activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
5. Membership Offerings: Tailor offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships in the local area.
6. Product Advice: Provide guidance on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
7. Operations & Service: Support club operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
8. Flexibility: Take on Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and leadership in club management.

Experience

1. Previous experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role (desirable but not essential).
2. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with members, prospects, and colleagues.
3. Good communication skills.
