Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our client in Henley-on-Thames.

This role combines lead generation, digital marketing and external partner collaboration to ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and attract potential clients through targeted campaigns.
2. Manage social media, email newsletters and promotional content to align with company goals.
3. Collaborate with external partners to ensure branding and messaging consistency across banners, posts and marketing materials.
4. Track and optimise marketing activities to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the beauty, wellness or aesthetics sector.
2. Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and CRM systems.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
5. A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for branding and content.
