Being part of a successful and growing hospitality group, you will have a chance to work as part the hotel operational team and play a key and exciting part of sales & marketing in this fantastic opening.
- Lead the hotel’s annual sales & marketing strategy
- Build and manage relationships across corporate, MICE, leisure & wedding markets
- Oversee key account management and proactively secure new business
- Analyse sales data, produce reports, and lead weekly revenue/yield meetings
- Collaborate with central marketing to deliver on-brand digital and offline campaigns
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Organise and host site visits, familiarisation trips, and press visits
- Maintain accurate listings across all third-party channels and platforms
- Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead
Requirements
- Proven hotel or hospitality sales & marketing experience
- Confident with budgets, data, and CRM/reporting systems
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to commute and full UK driving licence required
