We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven professionals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives on a 100% commission basis.

Position Summary

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our offerings, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy the freedom of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and business leads
  • Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn—no cap on commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
