Job description

We are thrilled to be supporting our well-established client who is based in Corsham.

Due to the launch of an exciting new product, they are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their friendly team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for review at the end of the period.

The primary purpose of this role is to market and sell the product to industry-specific clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage their workload independently, and proactively identify opportunities to drive additional revenue.

Initially, you will familiarize yourself with the product before implementing a strategic plan to achieve increased sales.

You will have the creative freedom to approach your work in the most effective way, while receiving guidance from the General Manager and collaborating with other members of the sales team.

Day-to-day duties:

1. Identifying markets specific to this product
2. Utilizing existing market research database
3. Enhancing the product’s presence on the website to increase visibility
4. Managing and promoting the product through social media channels
5. Engaging with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media platforms

Skills and Qualities Required:

1. A background in Sales and/or Marketing
2. Confident user of Social Media platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X
3. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
4. Strong time management skills
5. Self-motivated and proactive
6. Good Computer literacy skills
7. Comfortable and confident using the phone for business communication
8. Well organized

Desirable:

1. A Sales/Marketing degree or other similar discipline

Working hours: 0900-1700 Monday to Friday (with some flexibility to start/finish earlier). This role is 100% office-based.

A Driving Licence and your own transport is beneficial.
