Mad Swans is looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Director to join our budding team. You’ll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role.
This exciting new role represents a rare opportunity to establish a new hospitality brand centred around sport, hospitality and sustainability. The Sales & Marketing Director will spearhead all commercial efforts for Mad Swans. It is pivotal in the launch of this exciting new brand. The Sales & Marketing Director will develop go-to-market strategies, building brand awareness, driving revenue, and scaling our presence across key markets. The Sales & Marketing Director will also manage and develop a strong small commercial team.
We will be opening our first Mad Swans in the Mendips (Bristol) and have other sites planned for Alton, Exeter and Farnham, with more to follow in the future.

The Potting Shed proudly boasts a menu of refreshing takes on Brasserie classics while, in The Hangout, the focus is on shareable plates with no compromise on flavour. But wherever guests find themselves, from course to court, the meadow to the orchard, they’re never far from a plate of something delicious to satisfy any craving. And, for evenings that go on forever, an Eco Cabin for the night is only a starlit walk through the wilderness away.

This is a full-time permanent position and will predominantly work Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £85,000/annum along with an attractive bonus scheme.
Location –this role will travel to all existing and future sites. At present, we have sites in Bristol, Alton, Exeter and Farnham. We also have a central office in Piccadilly, London.
Travel Requirement -this role will visit all existing and new sites in the future so there will be a need to travel on a regular basis. Given the location of our sites, the job holder will need to be able to drive and also have their own vehicle. This role may also require the job holder to stay away overnight from time to time.
Working Hours– the working hours will generally be core office hours, however, occasional evenings and weekend work maybe required at times.
Working Days– this role will predominantly work Monday to Friday.
