The Role
As Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s sales strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, improving margin performance, and expanding market presence across key industrial sectors. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will lead a national team of sales and marketing professionals, supporting the execution of business development plans, customer retention, and product positioning.
