Job description

Role: Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes, MK

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: £24,000 starting salary (rising to £26,000 after initial period)

Duties of a Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator:
  1. Investigate undelivered marketing emails by researching and updating client contact data using LinkedIn and other tools
  2. Update Bullhorn CRM with new and accurate contact details, generating new leads
  3. Outreach to candidates and client contacts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  4. Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn using Canva
  5. Identify and research potential candidates and client contacts
  6. Leverage existing networks (candidates, referees, contacts) to source new business opportunities
  7. Promptly return calls and messages to ensure efficient communication
What we would like from you:
  1. Strong IT skills including Microsoft applications
  2. Comfortable navigating CRMs (experience with Bullhorn is a plus - training provided)
  3. A proactive, can-do attitude
  4. Willingness to contribute ideas and think creatively
  5. Excellent telephone manner and confidence in making outbound calls
  6. Social media marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
  7. Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative
