My client is looking for a hardworking and committed Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a sales team to be based in Norwich, to work on schemes across East Anglia.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The role includes working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, research and publish new land appraisals, implement and coordinate the setup of all marketing suites and show homes within the Region, assist with marketing campaigns, Coordinate print and website advertising, manage and commission the production of sales brochures, marketing literature and signage.
The successful candidate will work alongside the sales team and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Required skills & experience
Applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with a good standard of education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
