  • Encapsulate Group Ltd** is a business growth agency specialising in digital marketing, web development, and strategic consultancy. We're looking for a proactive and organised **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via **LinkedIn, email, and phone**
  • Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
  • Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
  • Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
  • Preparing and updating client proposals
  • Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
  • Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
  • Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams

**Desirable Experience (not essential)**

  • An interest in the **web or digital marketing** industry
  • Familiarity with **HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo.io**, or **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
