A leading not-for-profit organization based in Cambridge is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator. This hybrid role involves engaging with customers, managing administrative tasks related to sales, and supporting marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in scientific publishing and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Are you passionate about supporting scientific innovation? A leading not-for profit biological publishing organisation based in the Cambridge area are looking for a pro-active Sales and Marketing Administrator to play a pivotal role in their sales and marketing department. This role is 35hr per week and is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
As the Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many of the company’s customers, providing exceptional service while handling various administrative tasks.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
We are looking for a confident and switched on individual with around 2-3 years’ experience ideally in scientific/academic publishing, preferably within a marketing and/or customer relationship role. You should have strong attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and a proactive approach. Great communication and organisational skills are a must for this role as is the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines.
