Sales & Market Growth Director
Location: London (Hybrid 3:2)
Salary: Up to £90k DOE + performance bonus (target: £1M secured income in year one)
Reporting to: Founder Director Close collaboration with Finance Director and Client Relationship Director

Overview
My client is a prestigious luxury interior design and architecture studio, renowned for creating bespoke, globally recognised spaces for private and commercial clients. Following significant growth, they are now entering an ambitious expansion phase and are seeking a Sales & Market Growth Director to lead this next stage.

Role Purpose
To lead all new business generation and drive expansion into new sectors especially hospitality, branded residences and luxury developments across the UK and internationally.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • £1M secured income from new clients
  • Qualified, actively managed sales pipeline
  • New sectors activated (hospitality, branded residences, boutique developments)
  • Consistent KPI reporting and revenue forecasting
  • Sales strategy aligned with the brand s luxury client experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & deliver a targeted sales strategy
  • Identify high-value market segments & geographies
  • Set & refine ambitious revenue targets with leadership
  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) for tracking & forecasting
  • Analyse data to improve conversion & pipeline velocity
  • Source, engage & convert high-value prospects
  • Represent the brand at pitches, meetings & events
  • Build partnerships & relationships proactively
  • Evaluate new opportunities for revenue & fit
  • Provide commercial insights & competitor analysis
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term value
  • Partner with Client Relationship Director for seamless handovers
  • Align sales messaging with project delivery teams
  • Be a visible commercial ambassador for the brand

Key Experience & Skills

  • Senior sales, business development or commercial leadership experience
  • Background in luxury interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality or high-end services
  • Strong track record securing £500k+ new business
  • Proficiency and Confident with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal)
  • High emotional intelligence; strong stakeholder management
  • Strategic, proactive, results-focused

Recruitment Process

Stage 5: Final Team Interview a values and culture fit discussion with senior team members and Directors.
