Job Description

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed
  • Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment that meets targets
  • Creating an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best
  • Demonstrating a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  • Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
