Role Overview

What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews to monitor KPI achievement and provide support.
  • Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards, in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service through the team.
  • Monitor delivery schedules with the Centre management team to maintain and improve service levels.
  • Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensure proper and accurate use of all business systems.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards, processes, financial, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines.

TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, alongside brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. It operates a national network of TPS Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce.
