Job Description

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, including back of house operations and store management when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and maintain accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside your team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
