A leading aerospace company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Water Treatment market in the UK. The role involves leading a dedicated sales team, developing business plans, and collaborating with technical teams. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing sales, developing plans, and building relationships. Experience in the Water Treatment industry is desirable but not essential.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the UK&I, working in the Water Treatment market sector by managing the dedicated WT Sales Team.
As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading EAM / IAM teams across areas, including motivation, coaching, and defining the deployment model.
  • Supporting the UK WT Business Manager to achieve key business goals.
  • Increasing sales at existing customers and developing new customers and markets.
  • Developing business plans and driving their implementation.
  • Collaborating closely with technical sales teams and product management to develop new business opportunities.
Required experience includes:
  • Managing a sales team: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Developing sales plans: Experience in creating strategies to meet business goals.
  • Training & Development: Supporting and training the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Setting and delivering sales targets: Proven track record of achieving sales goals through effective management.
  • Building Key Relationships: Developing strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Experience in the Water Treatment industry is desirable but not essential.
