Our client is the UK’s leading supplier of Process Equipment & Flow Technologies for industries such as Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semi-Conductor, and Food & Beverage.
They supply process and flow control equipment to the oil & gas, energy, and power industries, providing technical expertise and engineering solutions with a range of pumps, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, ultrafiltration, and other process instrumentation.
Due to expansion, a new role has been created for an Inside Sales Manager based in their Welsh office.
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, the Sales Manager will support all UK sales activities from the Wales facility, Monday through Friday.
This role involves managing the internal sales team, providing technical and commercial support, supporting the external sales team, and managing the sales process internally. The Sales Manager will interact with customers, suppliers, supply chain, and coordinate with warehousing, HR, and Finance to ensure successful sales and delivery of technical solutions.
We are seeking candidates with experience as an Inside Sales Manager, Process Equipment Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or Territory Manager with at least 5 years in process equipment sales, including filtration, process instruments, or flow technology. The ideal candidate may have a Mechanical Engineering Degree, HNC, or equivalent to provide technical support and select appropriate process equipment.
