Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding this company's presence in the UK & Ireland within the energy and utilities sector. Your primary focus will be on new business development, with a limited portion dedicated to managing and growing existing clients.
You will implement an effective sales strategy aligned with our company goals, identifying the right opportunities and leads to accelerate growth in the region. You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to analyze client needs and tailor our MECOMS solution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
With a strong enterprise sales background, you excel at building long-term relationships and navigating complex sales cycles. Your goal is to get the deals done, ensuring contracts are signed and sealed so our team can deliver.
Your Profile
You have solid experience in enterprise software sales (ERP, CRM, SaaS) within companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
A strong network and proven commercial experience in the energy & utilities sector (this is a must).
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on sales approach.
A background in engineering is a plus but not required.
Willingness to travel frequently within the UK & Ireland, with a monthly visit to Belgium.
Fluent in English.
