Our client is the manufacturer and seller of sensor systems for complete home health monitoring. Their product for senior care displays and evaluates everything that happens in the home, a care facility, nursing home or hospital, and immediately notifies emergency responders in case of a fall or health change.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the UK. This is a full-time, home-office-based position.

Job Requirements:
  • Motivated, energetic individual willing to travel up to 50% per month.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B customer interaction (biz-dev, sales) in the UK market.
  • Great team player, capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Existing network with municipalities, Telecare dealers, distributors, health insurance providers, and key opinion leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities across channels: Municipalities, Telecare, distributors, nurse call systems, alarm/security systems, senior care facilities, and healthcare providers.
  • Qualify and develop potential partners/distributors/OEM customers throughout the UK.
  • Engage with potential B2B customers and collaborate with headquarters abroad during evaluations.
  • Develop and monitor a network of partners and distributors for current and future products.
  • Track partner and distributor performance.
  • Set and review sales targets for local partners.
  • Participate in conferences, events, webinars, and marketing activities.
