Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Dailymotion, you will be responsible for developing direct partnerships with publishers, broadcasters, and app developers in the UK. Your role will involve marketing, distributing, and selling various products within the Dailymotion Pro portfolio. You will engage prospective clients to understand their needs and help them utilize technology to monetize their inventory effectively, leverage data across channels, and enable programmatic media selling and rich media solutions. You will report to the Regional Commercial Director.

  • Execute enterprise strategy in the local market, driving sales and business development
  • Segment and prioritize prospective clients with the Regional Commercial Director
  • Achieve revenue targets quarterly and annually
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting the adoption of Dailymotion's full-stack video streaming and monetization platform
  • Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet publisher objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing for market development and client education
  • Manage opportunity pipeline using sales systems like Salesforce
  • Share knowledge with team members to achieve business goals
  • Negotiate agreements with support from legal, sales, and product teams
  • Manage end-to-end business development initiatives
  • Communicate the value proposition of Dailymotion Pro effectively
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, tech, or online advertising, preferably on the publisher or SSP side
  • Proven sales achievements and planning skills
  • Understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, especially from the supply side
  • Knowledge of programmatic media, header bidding, and yield optimization
  • Client-first mindset and ability to address publisher needs
  • Business development and go-to-market experience
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and independent work style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with virtual teams
  • Experience in video streaming, SaaS sales, or complex tech sales
