Sales Manager - UK (m/f/d) – Exclusive Agent

As our Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the UK Sales team, collaborating with our European Sales Team and departments based in Luxembourg.

We seek committed, quick-witted sales talents ready to conquer the gastronomy and hotel industry with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company sales and growth targets.
  2. Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  3. Develop new business partnerships.
  4. Monitor upcoming projects and inform the European Director of Sales with detailed updates.
  5. Identify sales and product development opportunities to meet customer needs.
  6. Coordinate with purchasing, design, and customer service teams.
  7. Participate in trade shows, workshops, etc.
  8. Maintain, document, and analyze customer data using CRM (Salesforce).
Skills / Experience
  • Experience in the hotel or catering industry.
  • Completed studies or commercial training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license.
