We are currently looking for a professional and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in targeting and building market presence in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will have full commercial responsibility for defining and executing our sales strategy and building on the initiatives established by the Territory Manager. Your expertise will be crucial in segmenting and developing targeted customer bases, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse and utilise the potential of the market and develop short, sharp, and scalable action plans.
  2. Execute targeted sales and action plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the country.
  3. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing by executing focused sales plans that exceed revenue targets.
  4. Leverage your understanding of complex B2B buying processes to win new business.
  5. Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach & networking; using a data-driven approach to prioritise leads and maximise ROI.
  6. Apply a repeatable, high-performance sales methodology with a positive drive, persistent attitude, and competitive edge, committed to capturing every opportunity to grow and outperform.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at client organisations to drive business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.

The Sales Manager is a hands-on, proactive personality, able to achieve and cultivate a close relationship with customers. The sales manager has a thorough understanding of customer demands for investment goods and a good intuition for digital business and methods. He/she brings an affinity with the fashion, athleisure, and apparel industry and a good understanding of production environments.

The Sales Manager is solution-oriented and consultancy-driven, hunts new logos, and drives revenue by engaging with prospects and existing customers, addressing their needs, providing value-added solutions, and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B technology companies (Machinery, SaaS, or EaaS) for several years.
  • Proven track record of sales success with a focus on enterprise sales and business development within a production environment.
  • Skilled in proactively developing a pipeline and generating a strong foundation of qualified opportunities whilst nurturing high-touch, value-driven relationships with customers.
  • Strong track record in solution-based sales within a high-performing, revenue-driven organisation.
  • CAPEX deals experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in Fashion and Athleisure is desirable.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence paired with strong interpersonal acumen, enabling effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and team success.
  • Willingness to travel extensively is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written English (other languages are a plus).
