Key responsibilities in the role!

Responsible for your team's results:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.

Development of sales representatives:

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.

Sales Reporting, Forecast and Analysis:

  • Generate regular and accuratesales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

You will be joining our UK sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership,where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), Arsenal FC, Lotus Cars, Whyte &MacKayor Space NK... but we've just scratched the surface
