As our Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our UK Sales team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our European Sales Team and all our departments based in Luxembourg.

We are looking for committed, quick-witted sales talents who are ready to conquer the world of gastronomy and the hotel industry with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth targets as set out in the personal appraisal plan at the start of the year or contract.
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business partnerships.
  • Monitoring upcoming projects and regularly informing the European Director of Sales of project progress with a detailed timetable.
  • Identify sales and product development opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Liaising closely with the purchasing, design, and customer service teams.
  • Participate in events (trade shows, workshops, etc.)
  • Independently maintain, document, and analyze customer data using CRM (Salesforce)

Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience in the hotel or catering industry.
  • Ideally completed studies or completed commercial training.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and working with a CRM.
  • Valid driving licence
