This is an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours aligned with the company's and manufacturers' brand values.
You will also oversee all sales activities to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction, working collaboratively with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide seamless service to customers.
